3D printing

Woohoo what an exciting day we had today!

We sent out 3D designs to the 3D printer. We had to use lots of measurement and creativity to get our designs just right. We used an online tool called tinkercad to create our key chains. We had to think carefully about the size, design and function. We learnt that we had to convert our designs to an STL file that the printer could read.

Watch this space for more pics and updates about our latest and geatest projects!

Wow you guys are so lucky to have a 3D printer. 3D printers are awesome. There are loads of things that you could 3D print. I have always wanted a 3D printer because there so cool. Its awesome to see something you print become 3D. Those are some great 3D shapes by the way. What kind of 3D shapes did you print? Anyways this blogpost is pretty awesome.
