Week 8: Achsah!

Week 8's Learner of the Week was Achsah! 

Achsah is trying really hard to be an ideal student. She has proven herself to be a responsible and helpful member of Room 13. 

Keep up the great work Achsah! 

Year 4 EOTC Week

Recently, we had our EOTC week. While the rest of the Kauri Team was off at camp, the Year 4's were super busy developing their teamwork and problem solving skills.

Some of the activities that they participated in were:

• baking
• tent pitching
• creating games for junior students (and then teaching them!)
• photography challenge
• STEM egg challenge
• rippa rugby
• craft activity
• water slide
• orienteering
• cooking on hobo stoves
• flying fox & challenge valley

WOW! No wonder we were exhausted by the end of the week!

Learner of the Week - Week 5

Week 5's Learner of the Week was Mehran!

Mehran is ALWAYS doing the right thing, and is tries hard to be an ideal student. Not only does he have an excellent attitude towards his learning, but he is also a super helpful member of our class. He will see that jobs need to be done, and will use his initiative and do them! 

Keep up the awesome work Mehran! We love having you in our class!

Learner of the Week - Week 4

Week 4's Learner of the Week was Maile! 

Maile is a super friendly member of Room 13 and is always willing to help her peers.

She is quick to learn new digital skills, and will offer to help her classmates when using their chromebooks.
